F.A.Q.
What is air graver?
Air graver is a device that runs on compressed air, allows you to perform the engraving easier, faster than with a traditional graver. Reduces the risk of failure, reduces fatigue, increases productivity.
Which compressor is suitable?
Any compressor with the possibility of pumping 3-4 atmospheres is suitable.
What receiver do you need?
From 15 to 20 liters is enough.
What is the frequency of piston strokes?
1500-20000 BPM
What is the working air pressure?
From 0.5 to 1.8 atmospheres.
What is the air flow?
The 20 liters cylinder, pumped up to 7-8 ATM enough for 1 hour of continuous work!!!
What is the service life of the tool?
The service life, subject to the recommendations for use-all-for life.
How to care for the tool?
Once or twice a week (depending on the intensity of use) wipe the inner surface of the cylinder and the piston with denatured alcohol. When assembling, keep the cylinder and piston clean (no fine dust and lint from the cleaning material).
What can and cannot be done with the tool?
Tool it is possible to perform the full range of work involved in engraving and stone setting.
It is impossible to make sense of what does not understand, make changes in design (lose the guarantee), feeding the tool dirty (dusty) air (recommended to use automotive fuel filters), to throw, to use no filters (even briefly).
